Narrative brief outline

The Elusive Phantom is about a series of rapes and murders which occur in the same neighbour hood. The serial rapist then tries to do this, to a girl called Olivia Morris, but fails. Olivia manages to escape, and then calls the Police. The officers then come round to discuss the assaults, while she has flashbacks. The Police officer  then links this attack to a serial rapist/murderer, who scars each victim with an x on the left cheek. At the end of the movie the killer gets caught while stalking his next victim he is caught by Constable Keith Sweat 'The rookie' and Keith gets the credit for the arrest because he analysed all the smallest pieces of evidence that led to the killers arrest.
